Rajeev Khandelwal who plays the role of dashing talk show host Kabir in the show 'Reporters' on Sony Entertainment Television recently apologized to a college student, Amay Saxena.

It seems that people were calling up Amay from pass one year as the college boy is using the old number of actor Rajeev Khandelwal.

A source close to Rajeev confirms about the whole situation, "When Rajeev became aware of the entire situation he felt sorry for the college student who was getting calls on his name. Hence he called the boy and apologized to him for the inconvenience."

Amay was totally surprised when he got a call from Rajeev, who apologised to him on behalf of the people who bothered him with the calls meant for him.

When contacted to confirm the news, Rajeev says, "Amay was quite irritated with the calls. In fact anybody on his place would be! I was surprised to know that my previous number was still active. My friends told me to do something to fix this problem and hence I planned to call him. I told him I totally understood his position and asked him to pass my new number to the people if anyone calls him again." This gesture of Rajeev truly portrays him as a Gentleman.
