The 19-year-old, who was admitted to a government hospital after he met with an accident on Sunday while he was on his way to the set of the show on his bike had been on ventilator since then. He was hit by a car from behind. Blood clots were found in his brain.
The actor was first taken to civic-run KEM Hospital and later shifted to Kokilaben Hospital, a private multi-specialty healthcare centre in suburban Mumbai.
Manish is the youngest actor on the set and when he did not turn up for the shoot in the morning, the unit people called him up. His phone was answered by a doctor who informed of the mishap. The entire cast and crew were left in a state of shock and as per latest reports
When contacted Dr Ram Narain, Executive Director, Kokilaben Hospital, said, "He is critical. He is on ventilator."
His co-star Aditi Sajwan says "The last three days have been very terrible for all of us - Manish's team, his family and friends. Manish is such a young boy and always full of life. To see such a person in such grave state is simply unbearable," Aditi said in a statement.
