SAB Family Cricket League: Fun and masti over a cricket match
Tv Talks Networks , 11 May 2015

A family-centric sport initiative, 'SAB Family Cricket League', was recently planned by SAB TV. Over 2000 families were seen playing and competing with each other at the launch of this initiative in Mumbai.

Actress Sudeepa Singh (who plays Rani Pari in the show Baalveer) and the 'Yam Hain Hum' team were seen encouraging the families at this weekend event. The activity had other fun elements like tattoo artists, music and refreshments.

The format of the league is quite simple — 10 overs given to each family from which the highest scoring family wins. Each family unit should comprise minimum three and maximum six members with one mandatory female member and one under-14 member; the minimum age for participation being six years. Getting an opportunity to come on the channel in one of their shows is the ultimate gratification for the winning family.
