VJ and actress Anusha Dandekar, who has been chosen to host 'India's Next Top Model', is quite excited about it. According to sources, her role is akin to what Tyra Banks had in the show's American version — host and mentor to the participants.
Ask Anusha how she got selected for the show given that she does not have too much experience of being on the ramp herself, and she replies, "I have been associated with the fashion and modeling industry since the last 12 years. The show not just requires a sense of fashion, but also a sense of styling, guiding and being able to carry yourself well on the ramp. I think I have done that for many years now so there should be no question of my anchoring abilities. Secondly, it will be great to have many more beautiful girls from India participate in the show."
This show is being judged by actress Lisa Haydon and photographer Daboo Ratnani.
