It is a sad day for Television today as one its finest actors Mohan Bhandari has passed away. The veteran TV actor was once a rage in the 80s and was seen in serials such as Karz, Gumraah, Jeevan Mrityu, etc. Mohan had been battling brain tumour and breathed his last, on Thursday night. As we all know, Mohan's son Dhruv Bhandari is popular for his role as Manu in TV show Tere Sheher Mein. We hear that the actor has QUIT the show! This piece of news truly must be shocking for all the fans as there was going to be the much anticipated reunion between Mantu and his ladylove Amaya(played by Hina Nawab). The same however will not happen, now that Dhruv has opted out of the show.
A source while talking to a popular entertainment portal revealed," Mantu, who is in love with Amaya (Hiba Nawab), in the coming days would have seen a shift in his personality. Yes, the otherwise sweet and gullible Mantu would have turned negative, much to Dhruv's chagrin. Though the twist would have added spice to the already succulent plot, Dhruv thought otherwise and chose to opt out instead of getting smeared with the grey shade."
Many are speculating that the actor had opted out of the show to take care of his ailing father who passed away last night but the reason is different. So will replace Dhruv in Tere Sheher Mein? Keep watching this space to find out!
