Beautiful actress Chhavi Mittal took her Instagram to share a long note about self-love. She is well-known for portraying Preeti in Ghar Ki Lakshmi Betiyann and Tulsi Chima in Krishnadasi. The actress is a breast cancer survivor. She was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent surgery in 2022. After that, Chhavi was diagnosed with costochondritis. Actress Chhavi shared a series of pictures of herself working out in the gym and wrote a long post. The actress wrote, I have seen people run behind things, and when they can’t get them, they get stressed. Then, they run faster and in desperation until they burn themselves out. Chhavi points out why people are not choosing good health. She wrote, But no or little importance is given to self-love; why are people not running behind happiness and good health?

Then she continued, When was the last time you did something purely for your happiness or your health? Without thinking about judgments, minor setbacks at work, or your phone ringing? How many of you feel you don’t have time?

Further, Chhavi explained that prioritizing yourself is more important than you think. She mentioned, I think time is subjected to prioritizing, and if it’s important, you’ll make time. I know I will never miss my gym or calisthenics time for a party. That’s me prioritizing myself, my happiness, and my mental and physical health.
