Budding star Mahir Pandhi is a part of Sony SAB TV’s Vanshaj and plays the role of Digvijay. He expresses exceptional acting skills in the show and garners appreciation for his portrayal. The actor shared that he wore a woollen dress in the blistering heat of Gujarat as per the demands of the narrative structure of the drama.

In the recent shooting sequences, Mahir wore woollen clothes despite the scorching summer in Gujarat. The Choti Sarrdaarni actor said we are shooting for the show in Umbergaon, which is on the outskirts of Gujarat.

Explaining the weather, he said the weather here in Gujarat is extremely hot, whereas, as per our storyline, this is supposed to be a little cold since the Mahajan family is in northern India. Then, he shared while shooting for some crucial scenes, I had to wear a three-piece wool suit with a vest, blazer, and woollen pants. The Vanshaj star added; as actors, we have to ensure that we bring out the authenticity in every scene we do.

He said we have been shooting outdoors in the heat for a few days. Mahir mentioned I will admit that it’s not easy dealing with such thick clothes in this heat and also looking good on screen at the same time. Mahir affirms this is a part of artist life and says it is a task, but that is a part of an actor’s life.

Hence, I am taking this challenge head-on. This attitude shows his dedication and love towards acting. The show Vanshaj airs on Sony SAB TV from Monday to Saturday.
