When sharing about Debina’s recover post-delivery, she actually had a C-section delivery. Her
body faced a significant setback because doctors advised her against exercise for three months. It
is a period for her to ensure recovery, and she emphasized staying active and not remaining
sedentary.
She then added about how balanced stress and nutrition are in a diet. Bonnerjee shares that she
understands what to eat and what to avoid for a healthy diet. Mindful food choices never fail to

junk food, which is widely recognized for its negative health effects. Instead of them, nutritious
options are always best that she pointed.
Debina then says “Fruits, for instance, are rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that
support overall health. Including a variety of fruits in our meals can provide essential nutrients
and boost our immune system”. She began her journey with simple free-hand exercises and basic
movements like crawling on the floor. After six months, she felt internally healed and introduced
cardio to regain her endurance.
For 3 months, she mainly focused on sprinting and giving her best effort. Then she started
Pilates, which uses body weight to tone muscles. Over 3 to 4 months, she significantly
strengthened her core with it and aerial yoga.
