Anil Kapoor's hosted show contains funny tasks, and the contestants of the Big Boss OTT 3 eagerly perform these tasks. In the July 11th episode, the housemates are engaged in a fun task, where Armaan Malik and Sona Sultan Karan turned reporters for the Journalist Deepak Chaurasia. In the middle of the task, Son Sultan Khan asked to share about the dating life of Rapper Naezy which annoyed and disappointed him. After witnessing her friend's upsets, Sana Sultan Khan breaks down inside the controversial House reality show.

When Sana Sultan Khan asked Naezy to share his personal dating life, the latter replied that since childhood, he was not in a relationship, rather he was to get married instead of being in a relationship. The Rapper told Sana that currently he likes someone but couldn’t express his feelings for the person as he knows they can’t be together. Naezy told Sana that he was unable to find the right circle of people inside the house, and he didn’t like being asked about his personal life. The rapper stated that he did not expect Sana Sultan Khan to ask about his personal life. Seeing him, Sana felt guilty and broke down in tears and asked for apologies to Naezy.

Later Sana explained that she wanted to prove that Naezy is an introvert, so she asked about his personal life. At last, Naezy accepted her apology and Sana Sultan accused Sana Makbul of provoking the rapper against her.
