diet like Ishita, who consumes lots of veggies, nuts, seeds, fruits, and soups. To remain
healthy, she takes in a day in order. Beyond that, she eats homemade food that is prepared
with less oil. Other than that, she also believes in consuming small meals frequently.

weight loss journey. She highlighted that she follows the policy of NO SUGAR and has
