actress Megha Ray prefers something different kind of boost. It is none other than a quick
dumbbell session in her makeup room. Currently, this beautiful woman shared how she
managed all these things. Let’s delve into it!
Recently, our stunning star Megha spotted lifting weights behind the scenes. When asking
about the same, she said “It’s just a small morning warm up. This isn’t my actual workout
routine. Whenever I get time, either before or after makeup, I quickly lift some weights. It
helps tone my arms and overall makes me feel better. Every morning, I lift my dumbbells for
a couple of minutes. I feel it improves my posture and makes me feel strong and confident.
Our show Divya Prem is all about strength and action, so I like feeling strong. That’s why
dumbbells are a part of my morning warm-up”.
For her, fitness isn’t just about aesthetics, which is necessary. Then she said that staying fit is
essential it helps her to look good on screen. Most importantly, when she fit, she doesn’t feel
tired at work. She then added how she can manage the long shoot days. Like she shared that
she can dance for hours, and wants to carry the energy with her throughout the day. So she
highlighted that warming up and exercising are essential for looking good and feeling good.
Megha said that she turns in part of her lifestyle. She even tries to push herself and try more
advanced workouts. But with TV schedules, she feel the difficulty to maintain rhythm.
