Navid Sole entered Bigg Boss 17 and undoubtedly won hearts in India and across the globe. The popular television personality has a global fan-following with work in the United Kingdom and now India too. Despite his time on Bigg Boss 17 being cut short, he has left a lasting impact on viewers.
Navid, also known as ‘the sassy pharmacist’ on social media, came across a reel from an ex-Bigg Boss contestant which he found rather snarky and ironic, and decided to express his thoughts on it! A few days ago, Bigg Boss 15 contestant Rajiv Adatia posted a reel on social media, hinting at how only people with ‘skeletons’ in their closets will be cast for Bigg Boss now and no other work matters anymore. He shared how only relatives and ex-partners of contestants will be brought in now.
Navid Sole came across this reel and has shared his view on it with a story on Instagram. Navid said in the story, “I recently came across an Instagram post in which a former Bigg Boss contestant criticized this year’s casting. The post highlighted the trend of individuals becoming contestants simply by being an ex or a brother or a sister of a contestant. The irony is apparent given that the critic was both someone’s ex and someone’s brother during their time on Bigg Boss. LOL”
For the unversed, Navid made reference to Rajiv as an ‘ex,’ as he was a rumoured ex-partner of Bigg Boss 15 contestant Ieshaan Sehgaal, and the known rakhi brother of Shamita Shetty. Even at the time, viewers found the reason for Rajiv’s wildcard entry was to be a support system to Shamita. As indicated by his story, Navid too found this reel and comments of Rajiv to be quite ironic as his entry onto the show was for the same reasons he is criticizing the contestants being cast into season 17.
Navid Sole calling out unnecessary snarky comments shows his bravery and mettle as an individual, and many fans are appreciating this about him.
