Arandeep Das began his career as a Dancer in the reality show Dance Indian Dance in 2011. In 2019, he decided to undergo a sex change surgery, and he even changed his name to Ivanka Das. In the past few days, Ivanka Das made herself an appearance in Dance Deewane and projects across mediums. Ivanka Das shared, In the last few years, she has bagged roles only as a transwoman. She fails to understand why people don’t cast her in female roles. The actress added she looks like a woman, and most people who don’t know her, can’t tell that she was a man earlier. The actress has seen playing a key role in R.Balki’s Ghoomer and more. Recently, she also appeared in the TV show Chand Jalne.
She shares that since her childhood she believed that she was a woman trapped in a man’s body. For many years she did not say anything, but at some point, she wanted to be accepted as a woman. So finally in 2019, she underwent surgery. Even she hopes in the future she find a man who loves and accepts her the way she is.
