Shark Tank India 3’s latest episode introduced an influencer-based payment card brand. It seeks Rs 50 lakhs for 0.5% equity at a Rs 100 cr valuation. They are surprised with their personalized cards and even reveal with which social media sites they have coalitions. Moreover, the pitchers Dishant Sanghvi, Rjj Eappen, and Yash Sakhlecha gave an insight. The brand turns subscriber into an impact with their tagging and branding.
The show was surprised to receive such a huge bid after Dishant gave the sharks their personalized cards. Peyush and Smit asked how it works, and they shared about brands in which they have partnered with. Anupam spotted Peyush’s brand. Peyush says ‘That they are already partnered with you guys, I didn’t know this’. Besides, Rjj and Yash gave a demo in which Dishant made a purchase and got a 60% return.
Azhar asked, who bears these discounts? For that, Rjj says the brands bear this amount, and Peyush expressed, you got these 600 rupees back, and this I have given? Azhar excitedly made an offer of Rs 50 lakhs for 5% equity, and Peyush reminded him that he hadn’t asked for the amount they had already taken from previous investors. Azhar corrects his mistakes, and Peyush shares, isiliye toh aap junior ko. However, Namita joined Azhar at the same offer, and they went for Rs 75 lakhs for 1.5% equity.
